Promise Group
APN Promise group has been operating since 1991. From the beginning, we have jointly developed a technology market in Poland and Europe.
As the largest certified Microsoft partner in Poland and the Baltics, we feel responsible for the success of our customers and partners. Therefore, one of our most important goals is to understand their needs. We were distinguished by Microsoft with the Value Added Distributor title, and in 2022, we received the Microsoft Partner of the Year Award in the Modern Distributor category.

We have been granted Microsoft ISV Advanced Specialization in 2023. This is a recognition of our efforts and a big motivation for our further cooperation with the ISV channel and for increasing the number of partners we work with. It is also a sign of the great trust that the ISV partners have placed in us by making purchases through our cooperation.
Overall, we currently work with over 700 partners, whom we support daily with both business and technology. We also constantly use the experience gained for the benefit of our partners. The high quality of this cooperation is reflected in the continuous increase in sales results of Microsoft Partners when it comes to SMB and CA markets, as well as the projects and contracts that they win.
Over 50% of the market share in Azure sales among all distributors authorized in Poland to sell their services in the CSP model is covered by us. This confirms our competencies, our commitment to the growth of both our partners and our clients, and the fact that we deliver services of high quality, but it also shows that our partners trust us. Our expertise and the quality of cooperation with our partners translate into our status as a leader in the local market in Poland as well as in the CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) region.

We support customers and partners at every stage of their technology exposure. Our team of more than 200 professionals, including IT architects, programmers, engineers, and business consultants, helps plan licensing and hardware acquisition, deploy, integrate, train, provide technology support, and create custom applications. Based on the potential and interest in our professionals, the expansion of our staff, services, and added value, we opened a branch in the Czech Republic and Slovakia in the summer of 2023.
Our new focus will be to help organizations with the right solutions at any stage of their sustainability journey, gain continuous visibility into their water data and emissions activities and reliably report their impact and progress in near real time.
Therefore, in order to best implement cloud services and products, it is necessary to find a complete solution that is suitable for a specific customer. It’s like tailoring: we find the right product, implement it, and train users. Thanks to our long-term work with very different clients, we are confident in finding the best solution for Czech and Slovak customers.
